What makes dōTERRA® essential oils the “gift of the earth” in so many ways is that not only can they soothe emotionally and mentally as well as support us physically, but being involved in promoting and marketing these amazing products can also heal financially – and that is why I am so grateful to fully partake in all of the benefits these gifts of the earth. When I was introduced to the company that we are associated with I went with it because I loved the products and the benefits they gave to me. So when I asked my friend if there was a business opportunity to share these products and she told me she did this full time and made $10,000 dollars a month after almost a year or so – I was like, “sign me up!!”  She has since become my mentor and my up-line leader and I love her for introducing me to this lifestyle and this amazing business opportunity.

Since then have been able to quit my J-O-B and to #RetireMyMan from his J-O-B and to work full time with him and other amazing family and friends and make really, really good money. This actually works and it is not a scam. I have been involved with other MLM companies that didn’t work for a variety of reasons (often too much up-front investment) but essential oils have worked for us and continue to work for tens of thousands of people. This is the real deal. The best part of this for me is that it has never really felt like “work.”

The most rewarding part of being a dōTERRA® Wellness Advocate is being able to share the benefits of the oils and supplements and introduce new solutions to minor emotional and physical issues of families and friends, and potentially to thousands of people you have yet to meet. There seems to be a 21 day period of people experiencing the oils and supplements and then calling and saying: “How do I share these?” We cannot wait to share these amazing oils with those we love and care for.

I remember how much of a difference they made for me, so I went to my mom’s house and said, “Here Mom, let’s get you sleeping naturally.” That is how it starts – easy peasy. 🙂

I did not understand the numbers and the possibilities. Well, let’s just say that after 6+ years…I GET IT!!! I really get it and it’s truly possible for this to happen to anyone, including you. Fast start Bonuses

If you plan to get on the path to quickly increasing your earnings, Fast Start Bonuses are an excellent vehicle to keep you progressing toward your financial goals. The Fast Start bonus is designed to provide you, as an enrolling sponsor, immediate rewards for enrolling new Independent Wellness Advocates into your business organization by paying 20% on purchases and sales made within the new enrollee’s first 60 days. This bonus is paid weekly and applies three generations deep for the new enrollee’s first 60 days.

The Power of 3 Bonus

The Power of 3 Bonus is a monthly achievement bonus, as long as you achieve a certain structure for the month you qualify to receive $50, $250, or $1500.

The Leadership or Diamond Bonus is a monthly achievement bonus, as long as you achieve a rank by having a qualifying volume or teams, you receive a share of the company’s total monthly sales. 2% of monthly sales is shared with all the qualifying Silver, Gold, and Platinum ranked wellness advocates. 4% of monthly sales is shared with qualifying Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, and Presidential Diamonds. In the past few years the Leadership Bonus is between $130-150 on average per share.

Qualifying Silvers receive 1 Share or $130-150. Qualifying Golds receive 5 shares or $750 average. Qualifying Platinums receive 10 shares or $1500 on average. There are opportunities to qualify for more shares. Diamonds receive an average of $4000 bonus. Blue Diamonds get an $11,000 bonus and Presidential Diamonds a $30,000 bonus.

Unilevel Commission

Unilevel Commission is where the bulk of your compensation is in the long run. Our Unilevel commission is 85% of our check, which is now pretty substantial if you look at a Presidential Diamond pay out. The Power of 3 Bonus and the Leadership/Diamond Bonus are bonuses or money added to your monthly for good performance. Although $1500 or $4000 bonus sounds exciting what’s even more exciting is the 2% to 7% commission you receive on repeat orders in your organization. That might not seem exciting at first. On a $100 order, that’s either anywhere between $2 and $7 commission, but as your organization grows to thousands of people, it really adds up.

The essential oil company that we are associated with also has a charitable foundation that is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to improving lives through partnering with organizations that offer hope to millions around the world. This organization seeks to bring healing and hope to the world, for lives free of afflictions and poverty, and to ultimately empower impoverished communities with the tools needed to become self-reliant. The company provides for all overhead and administrative costs of their charity, ensuring that 100 percent of all donations go directly to those receiving aid. They have done and continue to do amazing charitable work around the world, and we often have the opportunity to travel and participate in blessing the lives of others.

We have had the amazing opportunity because of this charitable organization to participate in service projects in both Africa and Guatemala. It was AWESOME and something I can only hope that more people could take advantage of! We love the service trips and partaking in these experiences.

When I was introduced to our essential oil company it was over 6 years ago and I was like “wow, this is new – let’s do this!” I talk to people who think they have missed the boat but we are just starting to hit that growth of being the largest Essential Oil and Wellness company in the world…we are going strong.

Excellent Products:

You want consumable products that people will use and need frequently. This is us for sure. The average retention rate in the industry is around 15%-20%. A good organization may have a 35% retention rate and very few have any higher of a retention rate. Our essential oil company has a phenomenal retention rate of 84%!! That means that 84% of the people that initially buy a product make another purchase in less than three months. THAT IS AMAZING!

How even and fair and generous overall is the distribution? This is really crucial as the pay plan represents exactly how you’ll get paid – or not get paid. There are really only two questions to ask: First, how many pennies out of each sales dollar get paid back to the independent distributors each month, and how fair is the distribution of those pennies between the old members and the new members?

Integrity of the company and the management:

You need to look at the experience of the CEO and the executive leadership team. What experience do they have in the industry? What is their background and education? Why did they start the company?

What is their plan for the future? Do they possess integrity, honesty and a solid sense of not only the business aspects of the industry but of their role in society and humanity?

Look at where the company is at, what is going on with the company, if it is growing and where it is going.
